Graves and Associates is continually striving to expand our team.  We have the following positions open:

Administrative Assistant:  The successful applicant must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and must possess ability to self-organize, handle multiple tasks and work independently. This position requires the highest professional confidentiality and keen attention to detail. Duties include the preparation of correspondence, filing, data entry and maintenance of related information in an electronic databases and programs. Additional tasks include assisting with the preparation and filing of tax returns. excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication with clients.   Familiarity with Quickbooks and/or other accounting software is preferred but not required.

Intern:  works as a member of our team and gets to experience both the tax and audit side of the firm.  This position performs many of the duties of an entry level accountant, including working directly with clients, under the supervision of team leaders.  Hours are flexible with a student's education schedule.
